  1. I have been training with Seanna for a few months now and I can honestly say that she is one of the best personal trainers out there. My training sessions are always outdoors and are always varied, fun and challenging. Not only have I lost weight but have seen a vast improvement in terms of my strength, core stability and overall fitness. If someone is looking for a sincere and comitted personal trainer who will help you achieve actual results then Seanna is the person to go to.

  2. I have been attending Seanna's circuit classes for over 18 months now and I can't help going back for more every week! The variety she brings to the class each week ensures that you work every muscle group without getting bored. This teamed with her infectious enthusiasm makes a great combination for training - she knows how to get everyone in the room motivated and working hard.

  3. Approaching the big 40, I decided to start looking after myself and started to train with Seanna. It's nearly 2 yrs since I started and here I am, over 2 stone lighter and about to start an instructors course!!!
    I cannot thank Seanna enough for getting me to where I am now. I started with circuits and moved on to spin and have gone from wanting to leave after 10 minutes to giving it all I have for the whole class!!
    My friday evening used to be a few beers straight after work followed by a takeaway! It's now a spin class followed by circuit training!!!!
    I have come from being so out of shape and unfit to now considering half marathons. Thank you Seanna for all you've done, even when I've sworn at you!!!!!!!!!

  4. I started spinning classes around two years ago and I have to say that Seanna's approach to the class has really helped me to continue and progress. Her classes are hard work but fun and the music she plays is always great! I often sing along...until I'm out of breath that is! She accommodates and encourages all levels of fitness! Really motivational and I would highly recommend her.

  5. Seanna is a fun and professional instructor who both encourages and challenges in her workouts. She is very down to earth and I would highly recommend her, both to the keen athlete and to those who find the idea of exercise intimidating.

I have worked with Seanna as a Training Partner and fellow instructor for many years and am happy to say Seanna is the best Circuit Training Instructor in the area and is very highly regarded by both her fellow instructors and clients. Seanna always ensures that her clients get the best possible results while still having fun during her classes.

  7. I've been training with Seanna for a month or so now, and can’t recommend her boot camps high enough.
    Seanna is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and fun. She almost makes exercise at 6.30 in the morning enjoyable! The training is intensive enough to push you to your limits, but she manages to keep it varied so it doesn’t get boring. I haven’t been this fit for years!

  8. I have been doing spinning for about four years in total and for about a year in Seánna classes. Her spinning sessions always varied, enjoyable and challenging. I highly recommend them.

  9. I have been doing Seanna's spin and circuits classes for over 2 years now, she is a fab trainer and always pushes you just that little bit more, having completed triathalons and ironman's I still leave a spin/circuits combo on a Wednesday night needing a lie down ;).

  12. If you need motivating and want to get fit this is the workout for you. I can highly recommend these all over body workouts, it worked for me!
